New Development

This service is for Realtors, Brokers, Lenders, Wholesalers and any other individual that has knowledge of or is selling a multifamily lot that has multifamily development capabilities. Inabnet actively acquires multi-family properties in:

  • Pacific Beach (San Diego)
  • Barton Hills/Zilker (Austin)
  • Beach Park (Tampa)

As a direct buyer with established funding resources, we evaluate all property types—from development sites and value-add opportunities to stabilized assets—offering sellers a straightforward path to closing with quick decision-making and reliable execution. We prefer the opportunity to have existing, non-renovated structures on it so we are able to add value to the existing unit(s) and lease them out while we go through the entitlement process.

Existing Equity Investments

We strive for an IRR that is advantageous for all investors involved. Depending on the hold timeline, we offer a minimum 15% IRR which can increase to 30%+ in some cases. Back-end profits are typically split in favor of the investor vs Inabnet Realty Corp. We believe in the long-term trajectory of the markets we are involved in. Each location provides its own return advantages of prosperous investment returns. Our minimum target ROI is 30% with certain deals providing up to 50%+. We focus on new construction developments which bring investment hold timelines to a minimum of 18 months and up to 48 months. We provide an annualized preferred return on the invested capital while we hold the funds during the development project’s life cycle.
