About

About Inabnet

Inabnet is a multifamily general contractor delivering ground-up apartment construction across San Diego, Tampa, and Austin. While our roots span the full spectrum of multifamily real estate — from development and funding to property management — our core strength is in building. We've spent years refining our construction process to serve one asset class and one asset class only: multifamily housing. That focused experience shows up in tighter schedules, more accurate budgets, and fewer surprises in the field.

Our team handles every phase of construction from preconstruction planning and permitting through framing, mechanical systems, finishes, and final inspection. With a network of over 1,400 vetted subcontractors across our three markets, we have the trade relationships and local knowledge to keep projects moving regardless of size or complexity.

Inabnet General Contracting

Inabnet exists to be the most reliable multifamily general contractor in every market we serve. We've built our reputation on transparency, communication, and consistent execution across thousands of apartment units in San Diego, Tampa, and Austin. Every project gets a dedicated team, real-time reporting, and full accountability from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy.
